Sizzling Potato Slices
Looking for a new spin on your typical potato side? Try these spicy, crisp and buttery potato slices.
1 whole Idaho potato
3 Tbsps butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/6th inch think slices, per large potato about 10-12
Warm the pan to medium to high heat.
Melt butter in the pan, then drop the in the potatoes cooking 4 minutes per side, or until browned.
Once crisped, pull from pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and red peppers, serve warm.
