  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/6th inch think slices, per large potato about 10-12
  2. Warm the pan to medium to high heat.
  3. Melt butter in the pan, then drop the in the potatoes cooking 4 minutes per side, or until browned.
  4. Once crisped, pull from pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and red peppers, serve warm.
