  • 3 cups pre-packaged stuffing mix
  • 2 6oz diced bratwursts sausages
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 4 tbsps of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsps fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

  1. Warm the chicken stock and butter in a pan.
  2. To the pan add in the stuffing mix, fresh herbs, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Stir until combined, then take off of the heat.
  3. Toss the diced bratwursts into a frying pans to brown.
  4. Toss the cooked bratwurst and the cheese into the stuffing mix and let completely cool.
  5. Once cooled add the 2 eggs and stir till fully combined.
  6. Place the mixture in a warm waffle iron and cook until crisp.
