Awesome with a mixed greens salad!

  • 1/2 cup of cooked spaghetti
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 2 Tbsps of freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup of any shredded Italian kinds of cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1/4th cup of marinara sauce
  1. Warm the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray down an average size ramekin with cooking spray, then toss in the cooked spaghetti.
  3. In a seperate bowl, whip the eggs then add the parsley, cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  4. Dump the egg mixture over the spaghetti.
  5. Cover the ramekin with tinfoil. Use cooking spray on the side facing the mixture and cook for 8 minutes.
  6. Pull the tinfoil off and cook for another 7 minutes (check often).
