Awesome with a mixed greens salad!
1/2 cup of cooked spaghetti
2 fresh eggs
2 Tbsps of freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup of any shredded Italian kinds of cheese
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/4th cup of marinara sauce
Warm the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray down an average size ramekin with cooking spray, then toss in the cooked spaghetti.
In a seperate bowl, whip the eggs then add the parsley, cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Dump the egg mixture over the spaghetti.
Cover the ramekin with tinfoil. Use cooking spray on the side facing the mixture and cook for 8 minutes.
Pull the tinfoil off and cook for another 7 minutes (check often).
