This is a great dish to pair with a pasta of your choice or simply by themselves!

  • 1 small, diced onion
  • 2 cloves of diced garlic
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 2 tsps coriander
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsps coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 20oz of salsa

  1. Warm the salsa in a pot and bring to a bubble.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and form into small or medium-sized balls.
  3. Drop the balls into the bubbling salsa and turn to medium/low heat, cook for 30 minutes.
