Pulled pork is just so easy to make. Pop it in the crockpot in the AM before work and you have an awesome dinner ready when you come home. It goes so well with red onion and a creamy cheese. It is screaming to be made into a pizza.

  • 1 lb of pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1 small yellow or white onion julienned
  • 1 frozen pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups of muenster cheese
  • 8 thinly cut red onion circles
  • 8 thinly cut cherry pepper circles

  1. Put the pork, barbecue sauce, and onions into a crock pot on low for 8 hours.
  2. Once cooked, shred the pork.
  3. On top of the pizza dough, add the pulled pork, onions, cherry peppers, and cheese.
  4. Pop in the oven on 400 degrees for 20-ish minutes (keep checking).
