  • 1 Lb shell-shaped pasta
  • 12 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 12 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 Tbsps flour
  • 3 Tbsps harissa
  • 2 Tbsps hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp salt

  1. Warm the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta according to the box.
  3. Melt the butter in a pot on medium heat, then sprinkle in the flour mix until fully combined.
  4. Mix in the milk and cream .
  5. Slowly add the cheese a few bits at a time until fully incorporated into the sauce.
  6. Add harissa, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper into the cheese sauce.
  7. Mix the pasta with the cheese sauce, then place into a pan and pop into the oven. Leave the pan uncovered and cook for 20 minutes
