Avocado Mayo...must try! This is a twist on a classic Philadelphia sandwich.

  • 4 Large flour wraps
  • 20 oz flank steak
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 8 slices of white American Cheese
  • 4 Tbsps butter
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
  • 1 very soft avocado
  • 1/4th cup of mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a pan, warm 2 Tbsps of butter, then toss in the peppers, onions & a pinch of salt.
  2. Let the veggies cook down for 7 minutes, then set the vegetables in a seperate dish.
  3. Slice the flank steak very thin, toss in the pan with the remaining butter. Cook on medium/high for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Add the cheese to the steak and melt it down for about a minute.
  5. In a separate bowl, add the contents of 1 avocado, mayo, salt & pepper, then whip it all together with a whisk.
  6. Warm the wrap; 20 seconds in the microwave should do it.
  7. Spread the whipped mayo over the wrap and add the veggies and steak; rollup.
