Pork Belly Hash
This will for sure fill you up for the day!!! This is insanely yummy.
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps butter
1 large russet potatoes cubed (skin-on)
1/2 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parley
1/2 cup cubed pork belly
Warm half the olive oil in a pan, then add in the potatoes & pork belly. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
To the potatoes, add the onions, 2 Tbsps of butter, salt, & pepper. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Top with fresh parsley & cook for 30 more seconds.
In another pan, add 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Once warmed, crack the egg.
After 30 seconds, drop in the remaining butter, allowing it to bubble up over the egg white. Cook for 3-4 more minutes.
Serve the egg over the hash
