Pork Belly Cinnamon Roll
Nothing better than a sweet & savory brekfast.
1 package of your favorite refrigerated cinnamon-roll dough
1/2 Lb pork belly, cubed into 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsps brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne powder
3 Tbsps butter
Make the cinnamon rolls according to the instructions.
Warm a pan & toss in the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the pork belly and cook for 7-8 minutes until crisped, stirring often.
Toss the brown sugar & cayenne into the pan, coating the pork belly.
Top each of the cinnamon rolls with the pork belly and drippings from the pan.
Sprinkle each roll with powdered sugar.
