  • 1 package of your favorite refrigerated cinnamon-roll dough
  • 1/2 Lb pork belly, cubed into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsps brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 3 Tbsps butter

  1. Make the cinnamon rolls according to the instructions.
  2. Warm a pan & toss in the butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted, add the pork belly and cook for 7-8 minutes until crisped, stirring often.
  4. Toss the brown sugar & cayenne into the pan, coating the pork belly.
  5. Top each of the cinnamon rolls with the pork belly and drippings from the pan.
  6. Sprinkle each roll with powdered sugar.
