  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 can (15 ounces)100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup fruit jelly (any kind)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Paper-line or grease 30 muffin cups.
  2. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  3. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and oil in large mixer bowl; beat until just blended.
  4. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
