Awesome when it is paired with toast to soak up the sauce.

  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1 fresh egg
  • 1 Tbsp sharp cheese
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Warm the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a ramekin, add sauce then top with an egg, don't crack the yolk!
  3. Cover and place in the oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Uncover and cook for another 4-7 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk.
  5. Pull out and top with cheese and parsley.
