Awesome when it is paired with toast to soak up the sauce.
1/2 cup of marinara sauce
1 fresh egg
1 Tbsp sharp cheese
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Warm the oven to 400 degrees.
In a ramekin, add sauce then top with an egg, don't crack the yolk!
Cover and place in the oven for 8 minutes.
Uncover and cook for another 4-7 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk.
Pull out and top with cheese and parsley.
