Maple Bacon Pancakes
This version is for all of those sweet a savory lovers out there. We simply combine breakfast favorites, pancakes and bacon with a cinnamon twist. Enjoy!
2 cups of complete pancake mix
1 Tbsp cinnamon
3 Tbsps maple syrup
8 strips of thick bacon
4 Tbsp butter
Crispy bacon! Personally, I like to turn the oven to 475 degrees. Place the bacon on a rack on top of a sheet pan. Cook the bacon for about 10 minutes, or until your preference.
Follow pancake instructions on the box, but add an extra 1/4 cup of mix.
Add cinnamon, maple syrup, and half of the bacon crumbled into the pancake batter.
Cook up pancakes until golden brown and fluffy, on top crumble the remaining bacon, Add 1 Tbsp butter to each pancake and additional syrup as desired.
