Harissa Dippy Eggs and Potatoes
Don't overcook your scrambled eggs, you are missing out!
2 fresh eggs
2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp harissa
3 Tbsps of cream
1 medium potato
2 Tbsps butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the potato verically into fries.
Saute potatoes in a saucepan with butter on medium for 5 minutes a side or until cooked through.
Whip eggs, cheese, harissa & cream in a bowl until fully combined.
Dump the egg mixture in a warm saucepan on medium, continuously stir until the eggs have a porage-like consistency (trust me).
Salt/pepper the eggs and fries.
Dunk the fries in the eggs and enjoy.
