Apple Pie Pancakes
Do you enjoy a warm slice of apple pie? Why not make it for breakfast! These pancakes are a fall must!
2 cups instant pancake mix
2 Tbsps cinnamon
1 honeycrisp apple
2 Tbsps sugar
3 Tbsps butter
1/2 cup whipped cream
Make instant pancake mix according to the instructions, but add 1 Tbsp of cinnamon into the mix.
Peel the apple and slice it into small, thin slivers.
Warm the butter in a pan then toss in the apple slices, cook down for 5 minutes. Then add sugar and remaining cinnamon, cook for 2 more minutes.
Top the pancakes with the cooked apple mixture.
Add whipped cream on top of that.
