Do you enjoy a warm slice of apple pie? Why not make it for breakfast! These pancakes are a fall must!

  • 2 cups instant pancake mix
  • 2 Tbsps cinnamon
  • 1 honeycrisp apple
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • 3 Tbsps butter
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

  1. Make instant pancake mix according to the instructions, but add 1 Tbsp of cinnamon into the mix.
  2. Peel the apple and slice it into small, thin slivers.
  3. Warm the butter in a pan then toss in the apple slices, cook down for 5 minutes. Then add sugar and remaining cinnamon, cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Top the pancakes with the cooked apple mixture.
  5. Add whipped cream on top of that.
