The texture is so satisfying and a new twist for some leftovers!
2 cups cooked spaghetti (great reason to save leftovers)
2 Tbsps parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
Warm oven to 425 degrees.
In a bowl combine spaghetti, parmesan, egg, salt & pepper.
Form into 2 flat, equal rounds and pop in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
Pull from the oven, add sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni (or other toppings).
Put back into the oven for 4-5 minutes, watch for the cheese to brown.
