  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti (great reason to save leftovers)
  • 2 Tbsps parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 6 pepperonis

  1. Warm oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine spaghetti, parmesan, egg, salt & pepper.
  3. Form into 2 flat, equal rounds and pop in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Pull from the oven, add sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni (or other toppings).
  5. Put back into the oven for 4-5 minutes, watch for the cheese to brown.
