This is a GREAT take on an appetizer that kids and adults will both enjoy! SO MUCH better than eating it.
10 mozzarella cheese sticks
40 thin slices of deli salami
Cut the cheese sticks vertically, then horizontally until you have 4 equally-sized pieces.
Place each piece of cheese inside a slice of salami, then roll it up like a burrito.
Place the crease side down on a pan at medium/hot heat then cook each side for 1-2 minutes until it is crisped.
Serve with a side of mustard or your favorite jelly.
