This is a GREAT take on an appetizer that kids and adults will both enjoy! SO MUCH better than eating it.

  • 10 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 40 thin slices of deli salami

  1. Cut the cheese sticks vertically, then horizontally until you have 4 equally-sized pieces.
  2. Place each piece of cheese inside a slice of salami, then roll it up like a burrito.
  3. Place the crease side down on a pan at medium/hot heat then cook each side for 1-2 minutes until it is crisped.
  4. Serve with a side of mustard or your favorite jelly.
