  • 1 Lb deli turkey
  • 1/4th Lb white american cheese
  • 1 small, sliced onion
  • 1 sliced, green or red pepper
  • 4 Tbsps butter
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 small sandwich rolls

  1. Warm a pan and add 2 Tbsp of butter, onion, peppers and a pinch of salt. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until soft, set aside.
  2. Hand-shred the turkey.
  3. Add the rest of the butter to the pan, toss in the turkey, cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the cheese to the turkey and melt for about 1 minute.
  5. In another bowl, combine the mayo and BBQ sauce.
  6. To each roll, add a scoop of the turkey, a scoop of the veggies and the mayo topping.
