Deli Turkey Steak and Cheese

1 Lb deli turkey
1/4th Lb white american cheese
1 small, sliced onion
1 sliced, green or red pepper
4 Tbsps butter
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
12 small sandwich rolls
Warm a pan and add 2 Tbsp of butter, onion, peppers and a pinch of salt. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until soft, set aside.
Hand-shred the turkey.
Add the rest of the butter to the pan, toss in the turkey, cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add the cheese to the turkey and melt for about 1 minute.
In another bowl, combine the mayo and BBQ sauce.
To each roll, add a scoop of the turkey, a scoop of the veggies and the mayo topping.
