  • 1 Lb 15/85 Ground Beef
  • 1 package of potato hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsps yellow mustard
  • 6 Tbsps butter

  1. Warm 2 Tbsps of butter in the pan and toss in the onions, cooking until they are clear. This will take about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook the whole way through while scrambling at the same time.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, work in the cheddar cheese.
  4. Take the bun, cut them in half & then in half again, creating 8 pieces, repeat 4 times.
  5. Lightly toast the buns in the oven or in a pan, then coat with butter.
  6. Top each bun piece with a scoop of meat, then ketchup, pickles, and mustard.
