  • 2 cups fresh shishito peppers
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 Tbsps hot sauce

  1. Warm the oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
  2. Toss in the peppers whole, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  3. Stir peppers around often, cooking all sides for about 5 minutess or until charred to your liking.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayo & hot sauce to use as a dip.
