Blistered Shishito Peppers

Super easy and packed full of flavor! This can be done in less than 10 minutes!
2 cups fresh shishito peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup mayo
2 Tbsps hot sauce
Warm the oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
Toss in the peppers whole, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Stir peppers around often, cooking all sides for about 5 minutess or until charred to your liking.
In a small bowl, combine the mayo & hot sauce to use as a dip.
