Just when you thought bacon couldn't get better.... THIS!
1 Lb thick cut bacon
3 Tbsps sriracha hot sauce
3 Tbsps honey
3 Tbsp onion jam
1 tsp pepper
3 Tbsps bbq sauce
1 tsp crushed red peppers
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the bacon into 2-3 inch slices.
Divide them into thirds.
Coat one set with sriracha & honey, one with onion jam & pepper, and one with bbq sauce & red hots.
Place on a sheet pan and put in the oven.
Cook for 10-12 minutes (watch VERY closely).
